You can submit a mediation request to the Ombudsman by completing our on-line form—it’s fast and easy.

Your case will be sent to him immediately, and in most cases he responds within 90 days. If your case is complex, the Ombudsman’s office will notify you that the deadline has been extended.

The mediation proceeding is confidential and free of charge.
