Tracking your tickets

From inside France, call 098 098 36 35 (no surcharge), Monday through Saturday, 08.00-19.00, except bank holidays. From other countries, call +33 9 80 98 36 35.

Tracking
your ticket

When you opt to receive your tickets at home, they’re posted automatically and usually arrive within two to four working days of your order. If they don’t, contact our order-tracking service with the reference number for your order at the ready. An SNCF adviser will tell you the status of your order.

Incorrect address
If the delivery address listed in your email confirmation is not correct, please change it by visiting Customer Service on line.

Emergencies
If the ticket delivery address is correct and you’ll be departing soon, go to an SNCF station or sales office with the reference number for your order, and your ticket will be reprinted at the original fare*.

You can track your order with a simple phone call. There’s no surcharge, and the service is available Monday through Saturday (except bank holidays), 08.00-19.00.
