Honest answers

SNCF comes in for criticism from our French clients. And we’re already investing considerable effort and money to address these concerns. But to fuel the debate (and maybe even change a few minds), we’ve tackled them head-on here, exploring each of three key themes—punctuality, pricing and client information—in three conversations. A Transilien client talks with a lines manager. An elected official from the Provence-Alps-Côte d’Azur region speaks with our head of Mediterranean engineering. A representative of UNAF, a family advocacy group, discusses pricing with the head of our Fare Systems unit. And that’s just a sampling.
