Exchanges

with Pro Flexi

When your business calendar is unpredictable, you need bookings that can be changed quickly and easily.

Pro Flexi makes it easy to change your booking when an appointment is cancelled or a meeting runs over. 

And you’ve got plenty of options for exchanges and refunds. With Pro Flexi, you can:

  • exchange your Pro 2de or 1re ticket—or get a refund—in SNCF stations or sales offices free of charge, up to two hours after your train leaves
  • exchange your Pro 2de or 1re e-ticket remotely and free of charge, up to 1 hour after your train departs; simply call 3635 and say “Pro”(1), or use the TGV Pro application on your smartphone(2)
  • for maximum flexibility, exchange your Pro 2de or 1re TGV ticket, and take any train departing on the same day, even if it’s full(3)

(1) You pay €0.40 per minute including tax, plus any fees charged by your service provider.
(2) Our complimentary TGV Pro app is offered exclusively to clients with TGV Pro e-tickets. Available for iPhone

(3) Pro ticket exchanges are subject to the after-sale terms & conditions for Pro fares on TGV and Intercités trains. The conductor will allow you on board if you have exchanged your ticket before departure and unless safety considerations require him to refuse. You are not guaranteed a seat.

With our Pro Mobile programme, you can do it all from your smartphone. Our complimentary TGV Pro app and TGV Pro mobile website are designed to meet the needs of business travellers.

Download the complimentary TGV Pro app(1) to:

  • access e-tickets for your TGV Pro journeys or for journeys on Intercités trains requiring booking, plus your Fréquence 25, Fréquence (50%) passes, your loyalty card and all the details for your journey
  • use your mobile to exchange your Pro 1re or 2de e-ticket for an identically priced ticket
  • access real-time information to make your journey smoother: get your platform number 20 minutes before you depart, plus information on any delays or disruptions
  • streamline your trip with a TGV Pro m-ticket(2). Simply show the conductor the barcode on your phone—no printing or stamping required
  • enjoy our selection of complimentary digital news
  • access receipts and other travel documents (available from 24 hours to 60 days after your journey)

And with our tgv-pro.mobi site, you can easily cancel your TGV Pro e-ticket or exchange it for an identically priced ticket from any computer or telephone with an Internet connection.

Is your schedule so busy that you often get to the station at the last minute? With our Pro Express resources, you'll always be first—even if you're the last to arrive.

Even before you board, your Pro 2de or 1re ticket saves you time by giving you access to:

  • Pro Express windows in our biggest stations, so you can handle transactions immediately prior to departure
  • the Pro Express option on our self-service machines—buy, collect, exchange or cancel your Pro 2de or 1re ticket in just a few seconds and board the next TGV or Intercités or TER train
  • our Pro Express hotline. Call 3635 and say Pro (or press #01), and our specially trained advisers will assist you from 07.00-22.00. (You pay €0.40 minute including tax, plus any fees charged by your service provider.)

Want to wait for your train in comfort, dine in your seat, or work in peace and quiet during your journey? Or have a taxi waiting for you at your destination? With a TGV Pro 1re ticket, you can make your journey more pleasant and convenient by taking advantage of all of these services.


SNCF Grand Voyageur lounges

Your Pro 1re TGV or Intercités ticket opens the door to our SNCF Grand Voyageur lounges and all the services they offer. Exchange your ticket at the counter, borrow a charger for your mobile, leaf through the day’s newspapers and magazines, use a fax or photocopier, surf the web with our complimentary WiFi, get a drink at the water fountain, or enjoy a hot or cold beverage for just €0.50. To enter the lounge, simply present your Pro 1re ticket—and you can even bring a guest.

You’ll find SNCF Grand Voyageur lounges in these stations: Bordeaux St-Jean, Lille Europe, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille St-Charles, Nantes, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Lyon, Rennes and Strasbourg.

Espace Pro Première

Travel in peace and quiet with Espace Pro Première*, a 1st class coach exclusively for business travellers. You’ll enjoy extras including snacks and cold drinks, plus complimentary copies of Challenges, Le Point, Elle, L’Express, Paris Match and Le Nouvel Observateur, offered to you in your seat.

And there’s no extra charge: when you book your Pro 1re TGV ticket, you’re automatically assigned to a seat in the Espace Pro Première coach if space is available.

Pro Première iDCAB

If you’re travelling on a Pro 1re TGV ticket, the conductor will book a taxi for you, free of charge, and it will be waiting for you at the station: you pay your fare and any pick-up fees directly to your driver.

You can also make a taxi or chauffeured car reservation directly in your TGV Pro app by choosing the iDCAB service.

Our Pro Première iDCAB service is available on trains from Paris to Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Rennes and Strasbourg, and on trains to Paris from Arras, Clermont-Ferrand, Limoges and Nice.
