Under our Garantie Voyage programme, you can file Garantie Ponctualité and Garantie Réclamation compensation claims for your TGV and Intercités journeys right here—on line.


Garantie Ponctualité

If your claim is solely for compensation under our Garantie Ponctualité programme, please use the special form at gp.sncf.com.

If you would like to express other concerns in addition to your Garantie Ponctualité claim, please complete the form below and use one of these three categories to identify the problem: “journey” / “service disruption” / “delay (Garantie Ponctualité)”. Then use the “MORE" button to give us additional information about your claim.

Under SNCF’s Garantie Réclamation programme, our customer service department handles all on-line claims within five days—including weekends and bank holidays. If you are submitting a Garantie Ponctualité claim only, please note that our response time may be longer if you do not have an e-ticket.
