Easy access, parking, shops and services: our stations are bustling hubs designed to make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re here to take a train, drop off a friend, shop, work or simply have a drink, you’ll find everything you need right in the station.


Station access
and parking

  • Drop-off points: Drop family and friends at the station without blocking traffic.
  • Parking: book your parking space in advance. Special discounts for Voyageur cardholders from Friday morning through Monday evening.

  • Bicyle parking: Today half of our stations offer parking for your bicycle, including nearly 10,000 places in protected areas.
  • Public transport: Most of our stations offer direct links to bus, coach, metro and RER regional express trains. Some even have free shuttles.
  • Taxis: Traditional taxis, pedicabs and motorcycle taxis—check the options available at your station.

Car-sharing

Do you live in the Greater Paris region? We’ve set up a car-sharing service for all Transilien stations (outside Paris).
To find a ride or offer a seat in your own car, simply log onto the site. Some stations even have specially-marked parking spaces reserved for car-sharers.

Information
and services
at your station

We offer all essential services:

  • Most stations have special waiting rooms and meeting points for travellers with disabilities, young travellers and Grand Voyageur frequent travellers.
  • On peak departure days, 3,000 volunteers are on duty to help guide you through the station and answer all your questions.
  • Foreign exchange, wifi access, tourist office, lost & found and in some cases a police station.
  • For luggage, we offer lockers and home delivery.
  • Nursery facilities for infants and showers are available 24/7.
  • Telephones, vending machines for beverages and snacks, photo booths and self-service photocopiers.
  • Ticket windows and self-service ticketing machines let you buy your ticket whenever you want.

Travelling for business?

Wait for your train in an area that’s specially designed to help you work or relax. Grand Voyageur* cardholders can access a special waiting room with wifi, the daily press and other services.

Offices are also available in business centres in over 40 stations in France.
