What if you have to change your travel date or destination? Depending on your train and ticket type, you may, under certain conditions, be able to change or cancel your ticket and get a refund. Ask for details when you book.
You’ll find full information on departure and arrival times on the internet. But you can also use your phone or our mobile app, check our CD-ROM—or simply stop in at a station. You’ll get real-time updates on train status across our network, plus any changes in the timetable.

Our staff are on hand to inform you of all changes in timetables.
When normal service is disrupted on the Transilien network serving Greater Paris, updated timetables are also distributed in local stations.
You can buy a CD-ROM with complete timetable and passenger information at Relay newsstands in large stations and at the “La vie du Rail” sales office (19, rue de Milan, 75008 Paris).

Do your business trips change at the last-minute? For travel on high-speed TGV trains and most daytime Intercité trains requiring reservations, a Pro ticket allows you to switch trains on your day of departure and take any other train that day, even if it’s full.
