Choose the best option for you: Internet, telephone or post.
To display your ticket directly on your mobile screen, opt for an M-Ticket. They’re available for any journey where E-Tickets are offered (TGV, Intercité and TER connections).
How it works:
Is your smartphone on the blink? Don’t worry, you can always simply print out your E-Ticket, using the confirmation sent to your email account. If you’re a member of the Voyageurs programme, you’re ineligible for M-Tickets since your ticket is already on your ticketless card.
What if you have to change your travel date or destination? Depending on your train and ticket type, you may, under certain conditions, be able to change or cancel your ticket and get a refund. Ask for details when you book.
You’ll find full information on departure and arrival times on the internet. But you can also use your phone or our mobile app, check our CD-ROM—or simply stop in at a station. You’ll get real-time updates on train status across our network, plus any changes in the timetable.
Do your business trips change at the last-minute? For travel on high-speed TGV trains and most daytime Intercité trains requiring reservations, a Pro ticket allows you to switch trains on your day of departure and take any other train that day, even if it’s full.
*This service is not available for certain daytime Intercités trains requiring reservations.
