Want to receive paper tickets at your home address? Use our automated home ticket delivery service, and your tickets should arrive in two to four business days (1).
If the delivery address listed in your email confirmation is not correct, please contact SNCF Customer Service on the Internet.
If the ticket delivery address is correct and you will be departing soon, go to an SNCF station or sales office with the reference number for your order, and your ticket will be reprinted at the original fare (2).
