SUPPLYING ELECTRONIC BOARD MAINTENANCE

Interested in keeping the electronic boards in our rolling stock in good working order?  Bidding on a contract for reconditioning our electronic equipment (boards and plug-ins) on SNCF rolling stock requires the following key steps:

  • To ensure that your company is a good candidate for qualification, the SNCF contact for the appropriate purchasing entity conducts a preliminary interview at Purchasing Division headquarters in Lyon.
  • You complete and submit the qualification packet, which contains: a letter explaining the qualification process; the list of qualification criteria; an evaluation questionnaire that you must complete, and a list of other documents that you must provide.
  • Where applicable, SNCF representatives evaluate the relevant manufacturing site.

Your share of costs for the qualification application and evaluation of manufacturing sites is €2,000, not including VAT. This amount is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
