ROAD PASSENGER TRANSPORT

To provide SNCF with road passenger transport services, you must complete our qualification process, which ensures that your company has the necessary legal, financial, technical and organizational capabilities.

Qualification is required for two main categories of service:

  • routine road passenger transport (operation of regularly scheduled lines)
  • road passenger transport which replaces rail service during disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance

The qualification procedure for road passenger transport involves the following key steps:

  • Before you submit your application, a representative of the Purchasing Division at our inter-regional purchasing unit may conduct a preliminary interview
  • You complete and submit your application for qualification.
  • Where applicable, SNCF representatives evaluate the relevant supplier site.

All of the information on qualifying to supply road passenger transport services is included in the contract documents.

There is no charge to submit a qualification application for road passenger transport services.


CLEANING STATIONS AND ROLLING STOCK

To supply cleaning services to SNCF, you must complete our qualification process, which ensures that your company has the necessary legal, financial, technical and organizational capabilities.

Qualification is required for the following service categories:

  • Cleaning stations and other facilities
  • Cleaning rolling stock other than wagons

All of the information on qualifying to supply cleaning services is included in the contract documents.
