Ouigo offers a range of low prices for travel in fully renovated double-decker carriages. Tickets are sold online: there’s only one class, and pricing is simple, with no hidden costs. To facilitate departure, be on the platform 30 minutes ahead of time. Ouigo has no café-bar service, but you can stock up on beverages and snacks at the station.
If you want to use your laptop en route, book a seat with a power outlet. And if you're travelling with a group, note that all seats with outlets are in the same area.
Onboard services (in French)
Space for luggage and pushchairs is limited on Ouigo trains. You must let us know what you're bringing with you when you book your ticket so we can organize space on board and make it easy for you to move about the train. Your ticket includes one handbag and one carryon.

Luggage with Ouigo (in French)
Children under 12 travelling with an adult pay a flat fare, whatever their destination and whenever they travel. Accompanying persons who have booked a power outlet can share it with a child under 12 at no extra cost.
If you’re travelling with more than three children under the age of 12, each traveller can bring one extra piece of luggage.
Pushchairs travel free of charge.
