Let the SNCF Door-to-Door Service take care of your luggage and deliver it to the address of your choice.

How to book
In stations, SNCF shops, on the Internet or by phone on 3635 (34 cts per min incl. VAT) and say 'Bagages' or press #41.

How does it work?
At the time of booking, you select your luggage pick-up and delivery dates, in half-day slots (morning or afternoon).
Collection times can be any time from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - in morning or afternoon slots. If you want more flexibility, you can can opt for an evening pick-up or a specific appointment.
You are delivered in 24 hours minimum after collection, in a half-day slot (morning or afternoon), Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 8am to 12 noon (excluding public holidays).

Added extras
If you're looking for peace of mind, the service will package up your baggage at collection, and you can request an e-mail confirmation of the order, and a reminder of the appointment 48 hours before pick-up by e-mail or SMS. You can then track your bags throughout the journey via the website or on 3635 (34 cts per minute incl. VAT).

The service can also be used for travel to Germany, Switzerland or Luxembourg.
