From now on, thanks to the services offered by the SNCF, a well-prepared voyage combines comfort and serenity.

Giving you more reasons to travel by train: a whole series of services, from booking to arrival, now enable you to plan ahead and enjoy a nice, relaxed journey.

 

Mobility and Facilities

SNCF is offering new services to facilitate passenger travel, starting before you get to the station and carrying on long after the trip! If necessary, people with temporary loss of mobility (broken limbs, pregnant women, seniors, etc.) can use the "Faciléo" service: they can be picked up from their home, get help validating their ticket and getting to their seat on the train. It is all set up to improve the services and accessibility for all. This service has been developed with our partner "Age d'Or", and is available in Paris, throughout Ile-de-France and in eighty cities elsewhere in France. Under 18s can also benefit from the "Faciléo" service. As for children from 4 to 14 travelling alone, they can take advantage of a specific service called JVS (Jeune Voyageur Service, or Young Travellers Service). They'll be supervised by specialised chaperones, who make sure they are looked after, from the station to their destination.

 

 

Mobility at the Best Price

In partnership with Avis car hire, the SNCF offers a particularly attractive train+car rental deal. There are two ways to take advantage of this offer. One method is to book and pay for the car hire in advance, knowing that you'll getting the best deal. The second method is for SNCF railcard holders, who benefit from promotional prices when they show their cards.
Booking station parking is just as easy. Thanks to a partnership with Effia, book your car parking space at the same time as your TGV ticket. This service guarantees you a better price than what you'd find in a public car park. Finally, you can now travel with your bike on some TGV trains (the booking, which costs €10, must be made at the same time as passenger ticket purchase).

 

 

Auto/Train: for a car as well-rested as its owner

The Auto/Train service allows passengers to use their vehicles on vacation without the disadvantages of driving there, by transporting the vehicles (cars or motorcycles) by train to their destination. By ordering via SMS to 3635, or on www.voyages-sncf.com, passenger can book their own TGV ticket and a ticket for their vehicle, which will be transported on a car carrier.

 

 

Train + Hotel: Save money on your Stay

Save time and money and enjoy hotel comfort: the same type of "package" idea applies when you make your hotel reservations in conjunction with booking your TGV travel. In partnership with Accor (Ibis, All Season, Suite Hotels, Mercure, Novotel, Pullman, Sofitel, Hôtels Barrière), with the SNCF you can arrange hotel accommodation at the best rates during the week and benefit from reductions at weekends. Just one condition: travel with TGV and make your reservation in-station, at an SNCF boutique, or by telephone.
Just like the postal delivery of your ticket or our 24-hour baggage transport, all of these services ensure increased mobility and peace of mind for travellers.
