Want to request compensation because your Ouibus was late?
To make a claim, contact our customer service department. You must submit your request by email, using the “Contact us” button on ouibus.com, within 3 months of your travel date. You can write to us in French or English.
We do everything we can to get you to your destination on time, but timetables can change during the year for a variety of reasons: road traffic, changes in our transport plan, breakdowns, accidents, strikes and weather.
Please note that Ouibus is not responsible for any inconvenience or harm to passengers resulting from delays caused by force majeure. In these cases, we are not liable for any compensation whatsoever, including full or partial ticket refunds.
