Frank Lacroix

CEO TER

Frank Lacroix joined SNCF Group on 18 January 2016, becoming CEO of the TER business unit at SNCF Mobilités and reporting to Barbara Dalibard, then CEO of SNCF Voyageurs. As head of TER, he leads 28,000 employees who help carry nearly 1 million passengers every day.

A graduate of École Centrale de Marseille, he joined Dalkia as Chief Technical and Operating Officer in 2001, becoming CEO of Dalkia France in 2008 and serving as Dalkia’s Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2014. When Dalkia was divided between Veolia and EDF, he joined EDF’s international management team as director for Europe. Frank Lacroix uses his deep knowledge of community relations and acknowledged expertise in public service contracting to meet the expectations of SNCF passengers and the French regions it serves.
