Your questions about e@si
What features does the new platform offer for suppliers?
With e@si, you can manage your own profile—contact names and details, areas of expertise, administrative documents and more. You can also read and respond to SNCF tender notices, respond to invitations to tender, and work on line with the SNCF buyer for each project.
How do I log on to e@si for the first time?
If you received an e-mail inviting you to log on to e@si, your company has automatically migrated to our new IT system. You’re listed in e@si under your user ID, which is now your gateway to all communications with SNCF.
What is my user ID?
- If your company is based in France, your user ID is your Siret number
- If you’re based elsewhere in Europe, your user ID is your intra-community VAT number
- if you’re based outside Europe, your user ID is your national tax identification number
What if we didn’t get an e-mail?
No worries. Simply go to the e@si homepage, click on “Register” in the grey box, and create your profile. Please be sure to fill in every section completely: basic data, additional registration data, and other information. Once you’ve registered, it will be easier to communicate with us and get access to invitations to tender.
