How to use our self-service machines
Visit these machines to buy tickets, even at the last minute. And it’s easy to collect, exchange or cancel tickets you bought with a bank card via the Internet, by telephone, or in an SNCF-authorized travel agency: simply insert the bank card you used to make your purchase. You can also buy and renew passes and railcards.
If you’re a business traveller, choose the Pro Express option on the home screen to buy, collect, exchange or cancel your same-day ticket1, or buy or renew your SNCF pass.
