Fast priority access
Save time with our e-ticket services, our Pro Express and Grand Voyageur windows, and our Pro Express self-service machines. You don’t need to stamp your ticket, and you can exchange or cancel tickets directly via the Internet, right up until your train departs.
Aboard your INTERCITÉS train, you’ll find seating exclusively for business travellers, plus power outlets in 1st class. Your Pro ticket also gives you access to our Grand Voyageur lounges, available in 12 major stations throughout France4.

Your Liberté card
Do you travel more than eight times a year? Our Liberté discount card5 offers maximum flexibility and a low fixed fare for your top destinations—for just €399. Save when you travel in 1st or 2nd class, anywhere in France and to select European destinations, even at the last minute. And when you travel 1st class, you’ll enjoy all the exclusive services that come with our Business Première offer.
Our Forfait pass
With our Forfait pass, you’ll get unlimited free travel aboard trains with optional booking. If your train requires reservations, you pay just €1.50 to book your seat. Choose a weekly, monthly or annual plan based on your needs.
Already have a Forfait pass? Save time by booking all your seats6 in one go, up to 2 months before your departure dates7. You can choose your travel preferences at the same time.
1 Ticket exchanges are free in stations and SNCF sales offices. Or you can access our Pro Express hotline by dialling 3635, or by calling +33 8 92 35 35 01 if you’re a client at an SNCF-authorized travel agent. (Our service is free: you pay only the cost of your call.) Refunds are free, too. Simply visit a station or SNCF sales office, contact your SNCF-authorized travel agent, or call one of the numbers above.
2 Exchanges are free up to 30 minutes after your train departs, provided you choose a same-day train to the same destination. To make an exchange, call our Pro Express hotline at 3635 or +33 8 92 35 35 01 if you’re a client at an SNCF-authorized travel agent. (Our service is free: you pay only the cost of your call.) You can also exchange tickets at no charge up to two hours after your train has departed, but only in stations or SNCF sales offices at your point of departure. After that, we are unable to exchange your Pro ticket. Refunds are free up to two hours after your train has departed, if you visit a station or SNCF sales offices at your point of departure. After that, we are unable to refund your Pro ticket.
3 Offer valid Monday through Friday in 1st and 2nd class. Return journey required. Exchanges and refunds are free: 1) until your train departs; 2) by mobile phone until one hour after the train departs; and 3) in your departure station until two hours after the train departs. After the two-hour mark, no exchanges or refunds are allowed. E-ticket required.

Discount calculated using the Business Première fare (excluding additional paid services) for TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains requiring booking (except OUIGO and INTERCITÉS 100% Éco trains). For all INTERCITÉS trains not requiring booking, the discount is 50%, based on the standard fare for your chosen class. For TER regional trains, your Liberté card entitles you to a 50% discount, provided the card is accepted by the regional transport organizing authority within its own area.
