Business Première lounge at Paris Lyon station³

Escape the hustle and bustle of Paris Lyon station in the special Business Première space in our TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur lounge3. A dedicated attendant is on hand to assist you Monday through Friday, 14.00-19.00, but you can enjoy the comforts of the Business Première area whenever the TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur lounge is open.

This welcoming space, available only at Paris Lyon station, offers free WiFi, a wide selection of complimentary beverages, and the latest newspapers and magazines.

Dedicated on-board services⁴, exclusively on the Paris-Lyon line

A Business Première attendant will greet you on the platform and remain on hand throughout your journey in a quiet space just for you5.  We’ll also welcome you aboard with a beverage and a sweet or savoury snack served at your seat.

Hungry? Place your order on line, and your Business Première attendant will be happy to bring your selection to your seat.

Need something? You can call the train manager6 at any time. Log on to the TGV INOUI Portal and use the virtual assistant to make your request.

1 TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur lounges are open to you if 1) you’re travelling on a Business Première or Liberté 1re ticket, or a 1st class discounted or group fare or 2) you hold a Grand Voyageur Plus or Le Club rewards card. To enter, you must show a same-day ticket.

 

Hours vary from location to location, but Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI lounges are open 7 days a week. Look for them in these stations: Bordeaux Saint-Jean, Lille Europe, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nantes, Paris Est, Paris Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord, Rennes and Strasbourg.

Space is limited, and you must show your same-day ticket to enter. The Business Première area is available only in the TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur lounge at Paris Lyon station and has the same opening hours. A Business Première attendant is on hand Monday through Friday, 14.00-19.00, except on bank holidays and during the Christmas and summer school holidays (mid-July through August).

Business Première services are offered Monday through Friday, aboard select TGV INOUI trains at select times, on the Paris Lyon–Lyon Part Dieu/Lyon Perrache lines. Not available at weekends, on bank holidays or during the school Christmas and summer holidays (mid-July through August).

This service is offered Monday through Friday, except at weekends, on bank holidays and during the school Christmas and summer holidays (mid-July through August). Look for it aboard these trains: Paris-Bordeaux, Paris-Nantes, Paris-Rennes, Paris-Lille and Paris-Lyon. Also available 06.30-09.00 and 16.30-18.30 on TGV INOUI trains serving the Paris-Strasbourg, Paris-Marseille and Paris-Montpellier lines.

6 This special train manager service (Contact Chef de Bord) is offered exclusively with Business Première or Liberté 1re tickets and 1st class discounted or group fares. Available 7 days a week aboard TGV INOUI trains on the Paris Lyon–Lyon Perrache/Lyon Part Dieu/Saint-Étienne Châteaucreux lines. Accessible via the virtual assistant on the TGV INOUI Portal. To use the virtual assistant and contact the train manager, you must be authenticated on the TGV INOUI Portal.

7 The TGV INOUI Portal interface is customized by ticket type and includes access to news and multimedia content. This benefit is non-refundable and available only while your train is in France. Use of the portal is complimentary for all customers who are authenticated on the SNCF_WIFI_INOUI network. To learn more, please see sections 2.6 and 3.4 of the General Terms of Use for the TGV INOUI Portal.

8 Accès Express in sales areas. You qualify for Accès Express service if 1) you’re travelling on a Business Première or Liberté 1re ticket, or a 1st class discounted or group fare or 2) you hold a Grand Voyageur Plus or Le Club rewards card. Available 7 days a week when sales areas are open. Look for Accès Express service in these stations: Aéroport CDG 2 TGV, Angers Saint-Laud, Bordeaux Saint-Jean, Lille Flandres, Lille Europe, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nantes, Paris Est, Paris Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord and Rennes.

You qualify for Accès Express service if 1) you’re travelling on a Business Première or Liberté 1re ticket, or a 1st class discounted or group fare or 2) you hold a Grand Voyageur Plus or Le Club rewards card. Accès Express service is not offered for OUIGO trains.
