Door-to-door luggage delivery

Need help with your bags? Our door-to-door luggage delivery service is for you.

We’ll pick up your belongings at your home and deliver them to the address of your choice the next day—just choose a time.

When you order door-to-door luggage delivery, you can:

  • book the service up to 12:00 on the day before pickup
  • choose the time windows for pickup and delivery
  • track your luggage in real time

Lost something? Find it with e-Tiquette

Use our fast, easy e-Tiquette system to tag your luggage—before you leave home.

Simply go on line to create and print labels with a QR code containing your personal information.

If you leave something behind in a station or train, SNCF employees can identify your belongings and contact you—fast.

Left luggage

In some stations2, you can leave your bags in our self-service lockers—for only an hour, or up to 14 days.

When you store your luggage for 24 hours, the fee is just €7.50 for a medium locker and €9.50 for a large one3.

1 For TGVs: this service is available in continental France (including Île-de-Ré, Noirmoutier and Oléron), Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. (In Switzerland, pickup and delivery are in stations only.)

2 We're unable to offer this service at the Paris Saint-Lazare, Paris-Bercy and Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2-TGV stations—but in our Lille-Europe and Dijon stations, you’ll find staffed Left Luggage offices. The fee is €4 for the first two hours, and €9.50 for the first 24 hours.
