CASE STUDY

Reviving the Bordeaux suburb of Mérignac

Located near the bustling rail hub of Greater Bordeaux, ICF Habitat’s Divona Park project is a win-win proposition, meeting the housing needs of SNCF employees and benefiting the city of Mérignac. The low-cost development was designed to promote diversity, with 82 public units and 52 market units. Its eco-friendly features earned Habitat & Environnement certification, and quality architecture and 1,200 sq m of retail space make Divona Park a fitting gateway to Mérignac. The project brings ICF Habitat’s portfolio in the Bordeaux region to a total of 2,086 residential units.
