Need help getting your luggage to your train? At the station—or even at your home—we’ve got the services and solutions you need for a smooth departure and a pleasant journey.

Your luggage

Whether you're travelling with a single carry-on or several large suitcases, your luggage is a part of your journey. Our in-station and on-board services can lighten your load.

  • Luggage on board: Our trains have luggage areas for your bags next to your seat. Be sure to label them with your name and address.
  • Porters: they’re on hand to help carry your luggage at Paris Gare de Lyon station. Identify them by their “Service en gare” badge. This service is free of charge

  • Trolleys: You’ll find luggage trolleys at key points near stations and platforms.

Find it faster with e-Tiquette
Don’t leave home without using our fast, easy e-Tiquette system to tag your belongings. Simply go on line to generate and print labels with a QR code containing your personal information. If you leave anything behind in a station or on board your train, the e-Tiquette tag will make it easier for our employees to identify your belongings and contact you—fast.

Door-to-door delivery

Finding it hard to travel light with your large family? Or perhaps your bags are expanding as your departure date approaches? If your train requires reservations*, you can simply book our Door-to-door delivery service, and we’ll pick up your luggage at your home and deliver it to the address of your choice the next day.

You can book our Door-to-door delivery service from the time you buy your ticket until noon on the day before you travel. You choose the pickup and delivery times, and you can track the progress of your delivery.

With our new Point Relais** luggage offer, you can drop off and pick up your luggage at local shops, starting from €20. Simply choose one of our 4,300 participating locations, and your luggage will be delivered within four days.

Leave your luggage with us—for as little as one hour, or up to 14 days in some stations. When you store your luggage for 24 hours, the fee is just €7.50 for a medium locker and €9.50 for a large one.*

We're unable to offer this service at our Paris Saint-Lazare, Paris Bercy and Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2-TGV stations, but in our Lille Europe and Dijon stations, you’ll find staffed Left Luggage offices. The fee is €4 for the first two hours, and €9.50 for the first 24 hours.
