In 2013, 1.3 million people enjoyed the comfort and services offered by our Grand Voyageur lounges. Why not join them? We have 12 lounges in stations throughout France—Bordeaux Saint-Jean, Lille Europe*, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles*, Nantes, Paris Est, Paris Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord, Rennes and Strasbourg.

Lounges are open exclusively to:

  • Pro 1re ticket holders
  • Forfait 1re pass holders (with our Forfait pass, you get unlimited travel on Intercités and high-speed TGV trains)
  • Fréquence 25 1re pass holders (with our Fréquence 25 pass, you’re guaranteed to save 25% on TGV Pro fares and Intercités Pro tickets requiring booking)
  • Fréquence (50%) 1re pass holders (with our Fréquence (50%) pass, you’re guaranteed to save 50% on TGV Pro fares and Intercités Pro tickets requiring booking)
  • Grand Voyageur Plus cardholders
  • Grand Voyageur Le Club cardholders

To enter one of our Grand Voyageur lounges, simply present your same-day ticket or your loyalty card at the entrance. You can even bring a guest of your choice.

No matter when your train arrives or departs, you need to make the most of your time. Which is why our Grand Voyageur lounges are open early and late every weekday:

  • Paris Est station: Monday through Friday, 06.00-20.00
  • Paris Lyon station: Monday through Friday 06.30-20.00, Saturday 7.30-12.30, and Sunday 14.00-19.30
  • Paris Montparnasse station: Monday through Friday 06.15-20.00, Saturday 7.30-12.30, and Sunday 14.00-19.30
  • Paris Nord station: Monday through Friday, 07.00-21.00
  • Bordeaux station: Monday through Friday, 06.30-20.30
  • Lille Europe station: Monday through Friday, 06.15-20.15
  • Lille-Flandres station: Monday through Friday, 07.00-12.00
  • Lyon Part-Dieu station: Monday through Friday, 05.40-20.15, weekends and holidays, 07.00-20.00
  • Marseille-St-Charles station: Monday through Friday, 06.00-20.30
  • Nantes station: Monday through Friday, 05.30-20.00
  • Rennes station: Monday through Friday, 05.45-20.30
  • Strasbourg station: Monday through Friday, 06.00-20.15

Our Grand Voyageur lounges have everything you need to make the time between journeys pleasant and productive. Whether you work or simply relax, you can make the most of your waiting time—or take advantage of an array of services:

  • exchange your ticket at the counter*
  • access our complimentary WiFi
  • read current newspapers and magazines in the lounge—or take them with you
  • use a workstation or photocopier or have a free hot beverage or get a drink at the water fountain
  • watch French and international news on France 24

* This service is not available in the Grand Voyageur lounge at Lille Europe and Marseille Saint-Charles stations

Are you a Grand Voyageur Le Club cardholder? Make yourself comfortable in the lounges operated by our European partners in the Railteam* alliance.

For access to Railteam member lounges across Europe, simply present your Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card and either your same-day ticket or your booking confirmation if you’re travelling on an e-ticket.
